I saw him around Seattle from the early 80s up until the last week I was there in July 2005. The first year or so he was clean-shaven, and looked exactly like -- I mean he was the absolute spitting image of -- Lee Harvey Oswald, c. 1963. Then from the mid 80s on he wore the long beard and I never later saw him without it. Never spoke to him, but I've always thought of him / referred to him as the "Lee Harvey Oswald Lookalike Contest Lifetime Winner," hiding behind his beard.
