The first Real Change assignment this year was to take a picture of the woman who runs the Fremont Public Association food bank. She was on the phone when I arrived, and pointed me to Leslie, one of the volunteers. He showed me around, told me he was really inspired by Albert Schweitzer. He spoke so quietly, I could barely hear him. But I feel like he had a lot to say.
