Abby needs to be crated when she's left alone even for short periods of time. We let her out when we went to Julie's parents to make some cookies for the bake sale. Because of the new voices and smells, Abby was more than usually confused, and walked around Julie's parents' bedroom yapping and bumping into everything. We tried to calm her down, but nothing worked. Finally, Julie picked her up, carried her into the living room, and put her in Mike's chair, where Abby calmed down immediately.

The Assembly Room of the Concourse Hotel has a mirrored ceiling. Next year, if I'm still into composite photographs, I want to take a bunch of pictures and put them together. But not during a panel, it would be distracting.
