Can Evolutionary Stories Explain the Human Mind? : The New Yorker

What is the value of evolutionary psychology, of looking for the roots of human behavior in stone age evolutionary strategies? Most likely, very little. Among other reasons is the fact that most psychological studies have been done on US college students, perhaps the worst subpopulation one could study.
