Pretty

Pretty is a feral cat adopted by Judy. This is about the longest Pretty has stayed in the same room as other humans.

This (http://www.flickr.com/photos/48286570@N00/20262155/) is my Gramercy-Cat. He was feral, too, although he has adjusted to being a pampered housecat. I bet that Pretty will learn to love it!

What a handsome, healthy-looking cat! People who rescue ferals are too wonderful for words!

He was actually rescued by a neighbor, who told me she was trying to catch him. She was smart enough to mention this at a wine tasting party, where I had obviously tasted quite a bit. "Sure, I'll take him," I told her, wasn't too sure what she was talking about when she called a few weeks later to say she was bringing him over! When he came to me, he had scabs and bald patches and wouldn't come out from under a chair -- for a month. Now he acts like he owns the place!
