This is from the series of pictures I took Sunday afternoon of Rain, Kirsten, and various affiliated humans and canines. Rain had pancreatic cancer, so we knew she wasn't long for this world.

These are beautiful.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to have done this with you. You were there the first day she came into my life and you were there on her last. I love that her last day was spent with friends and family/pack, sunshine, happy dogs. . .and of course, some real good quality SNIFFING!
