I always appreciate a comment, but I'm afraid I don't understand what you're jealous of.
If it's the hood ornament, I think it's a trophy piece that someone applied to their car.

Last year at the Roosevelt Bull Moose Festival car show I took a bunch of pictures along these lines and not one of them looks as good as this.
