All are beautiful pictures. The Renton Ave. S. & S 132nd St., Renton, WA could be very powerful/inspiring if it were given the Holyoutlaw treatment, whatever that is given the subject matter: cutting it as you did the cranes. Implied beauty and the garbage, which includes something that is either a birdhouse or a little house to hold a holy icon or statue. I am reminded of those roadside chapels that were so prevalent in the middle ages.

In someways these make a compelling triptych: the natural scene, the man made beauty with "junk or garbage wood", and the hint of (former) beauty with the tree truck and the garbage.

You are mentally there with the grouping on LJ.

The idea of doing a construction of the Renton Ave. picture is actually intriguing, but I'd have to go back and take all the pictures to do it.

I don't know what going back for all the pictures entails, but I think it could be worth it. You have a vision a beauty and garbage juxtaposed that I find compelling because it is so prevalent that we don't even see it until you point it out in your pictures.
